Q: When does the Scholarship Application open?
A: March 1 st is the first day both Scholarship Applications are available here. Scholarship deadlines are near the end of March each year.
Q: When are Scholarship winners announced?
A: Winners for both scholarships are announced during the HHS Awards Banquet in early May.
Q: Who do I contact if I want to learn more about HAEE?

A: Board meetings are typically the 3 rd Thursday of each month at 7pm. Meetings are held in the Hampton Middle School Library during the school year and in the Hampton High School cafeteria during the summer months.

A: Yes, we have been an approved 501(c)(3) organization since 1993 and our Federal Tax ID is 25-1665392.

A: Yes! We are registered with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development.
Q: What are the benefits of joining the HAEE Board of Directors?

Q: Do kids at all the Hampton schools benefit from HAEE grants?
A: Absolutely! Nearly $1 million has been granted since HAEE’s founding in 1992. Grant dollars have been spread over all 5 schools and positively affect all grade levels. Learn more about the grants awarded and our overall history.
Q: Do I have to have kids enrolled in the Hampton schools to join HAEE?
A: No. We welcome Board members aged 18 or older without school-age children, parents from each school in the district, alumni of Hampton High School as well as business/professional representatives serving the Hampton community. 60% of the HAEE Board must reside in Hampton Township.
Q: I’m a Hampton student. How can I get involved?
A: HAEE offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, you can apply for a HAEE Grant or join the HAEE Board as a Student Liaison.
Q: Does HAEE accept Memorial Donations?
A: Yes, we will graciously accept memorial donations. Please CONTACT us if you would like to discuss ways gifts can be structured to remember a loved one.
